Follow these steps to access online and mobile banking for the first time.
Step 1: Username
The first step in the login process requires you to provide your online banking username. Go to HPCU.coop, enter your username and click Log In.
Existing Online Banking Users: You will access online banking using your current username. This may be your account/member number OR a unique username that you created. For example, if your account/member number is 123456, the username would be 123456—if you have not changed it to a unique one.
New Online Banking Users: The self-registration feature is available for users that have never accessed online banking. Click Register to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Temporary Password
After entering in your username and clicking Log In, you will be prompted to enter your online banking password. Click Log In after you enter your password.
Existing Online Banking Users: You will access online banking using a calculated temporary password. The password is calculated as the first 5 digits of your social security number/tax identification number and the 2-digit month and 2-digit year of your date of birth. For example, if your social security number is 123-45-6789 and date of birth is January 31, 2001, the calculated password would be 123450101.
New/Reset Online Banking Users: You will access online banking using the temporary password provided by online banking.

Step 3: New Password
After entering your calculated password or temporary password and clicking Log In, you will be prompted to set a new password to continue with the registration process. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number. Click Continue after entering your new password.

Step 5: Accept Disclosure
To accept the disclosure, check the box next to I Agree and click Continue.

Step 6: Done!
You're all set to enjoy HPCU's new online and mobile banking! Click View Accounts or one of the widgets to get started. Optionally, you can add your photo and other personal information to your profile by clicking Complete Profile. Or, customize your online and mobile banking experience by clicking Customize Settings.
