Maintain uninterrupted transactions with HPCU's Overdraft Protection options. We offer two solutions to ensure your checks and debit card purchases are always honored.
For a $4.00 fee per transaction, HPCU will automatically transfer enough funds to cover your check or debit card overdraft transactions. Transfers are made for the dollar amount of the overdraft transaction. If multiple overdrafts occur on the same day, a transfer for each transaction will be made to cover those overdrafts as long as the funds are available in your savings or line of credit.
HPCU has you covered with our Check Sentry Courtesy Pay Program. If a check or debit card transaction causes an enrolled checking account to become overdrawn, this program allows us to honor the transaction presented for a fee.

With the Check Sentry Courtesy Pay Program, HPCU will pay overdrafts at its discretion and does not guarantee that it will always authorize and/or pay any type of transaction. Not all members and accounts are eligible for enrollment in the Check Sentry Courtesy Pay Program. Subject to Underwriting.
*HPCU does not charge a fee to enroll in or access eAlerts, eNotifications, mobile deposit, text message alerts or mobile banking. However, text message charges and/or mobile internet data charges may apply and are the responsibility of the user while accessing the service. Contact your mobile service provider for details.
*If Dividend Checking falls below the minimum daily balance of $500.00 at any point during the month a monthly fee of $5.00 will be assessed.
