    Mobile Check Deposit3

    Spend less time at the branch depositing checks. Now you can deposit them right from your Apple® or Android® phone or tablet. Just download our mobile app and follow six simple steps.

    Important Note:

    Steps may vary slightly depending on your device.

    1. Go to Deposit Check at the bottom navigation of your screen
    2. After reading About Deposit Check, click Done at the top right of your screen
    3. Sign the back of your check and write "For Mobile Deposit at HPCU Only" below your signature4
    4. Enter your check amount, choose which account you want to deposit to by clicking Depositing to... and then click Scan Check
    5. Take a picture of the back and front when prompted
    6. Verify that it’s correct, then tap Submit

    Mobile Deposit3 Tips:

    • Make sure there’s enough light when taking your picture
    • Keep the phone steady so the image is in focus
    • Place your check against a non-reflective, dark surface
    • Keep original checks for at least ninety days after mobile deposit3

    With the Informer, our telephone banking system, you have access to all your accounts and much more right at the convenience of your phone, 24 hours a day. Best of all, it’s totally free—just one of the many perks of being a Houston Police Credit Union member.

    Important Note: For accounts with multiple checking, savings, or loans, you must enter a 4-digit ID number when choosing your account type. For example, your 130 checking account MUST be entered as 0130.

    Reset your PIN using 4 - 15 digits.
